All Colors Visible but only 2 needed!

Hello,
I have a issue with the Modding using ModSpark.
If my Object only use 2 Colors of the 4 then in the Game are all 4 Colors are Visible and Clickable.

Here this 2 Objects are only use Color 1 and 2 of the Recolor Option but Color 3 and 4 (Black) are also visible.
