Allowing for multiple realizers helps us encourage teams rather than solitary burdens. However, it is still important to have a single point of contact when things need to be urgently addressed. To solve this, we want to be able to assign one of the realizers as the point of contact.

  • The first realizer that is added to a responsibility automatically becomes the point of contact
  • It should be possible to assign the point of contact to another realizer
