Vulnerabilities in transitive dependencies

Describe problem

Tool components shouldn't use transitive dependencies with known CVEs.

Describe the suggested solution

Set the attribute NugetAuditNode to all, so those vulnerabilities are detected at build time and pin the version for those packages to one where the vulnerabilities have been corrected.

This will be soon fixed with versions 4.0.1 and 3.2.3
