Meaning of gray icon is unclear also when it got into this state #1187

Feedback from a customer was that the meaning of the gray retry icon was unclear.

Problems:

It isn't obvious that the icon has a tooltip
You don't see WHEN a message was "retried"

Solution suggestion:

Improve the icon, maybe a retry icon combined with a hourglass?
Instead of an icon to have a column text status
Show the "time passed" since the message was retried.
Show a hint that is retry was done longer then X amount that:
- Maybe auditing is disabled
- The message is still inflight
- The message could be dead-letters by the queuing infrastructure
