ServiceInsight empty state messages can be enhanced with links to documentation #1238

If ServiceInsight cannot retrieve any saga data it displays a laconic message like:

On the other hand the Sequence Diagram shows something definitely more useful:

Similarly to the Saga Data tab, Flow Diagram, Header, Body and Logs tabs show nothing.

All tabs should be enhanced to include a minimal explanation of why no data are displayed.
