PathwayMatcher

PathwayMatcher is a standalone tool to query the Reactome database. Its advanced mapping functions allow query using lists of variants from genomics datasets and lists of peptides including post-translational modifications from proteomics datasets. Importantly, PathwayMatcher maps experimental data to the functional database in an exhaustive and unbiased fashion, it does not compute any pathway analyses, filtering, or statistics.
