Upon clicking set Filter button, user must return to search page..

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. browse to http://www.pathwaycommons.org/pc/filter.do
2. click on set global filters button
3. this will behave as an "apply" button, intuitively it should work as OK
button and redirect user to "home".
