Patreon API Errors on the Edit Tiers Page

Hello, the Patreon API is giving me 400 errors on the edit tiers page which is preventing me from using discord integration. I already contacted support a week ago and the issue remains. Below is a screenshot showing the Errors. To clarify the error appears as soon as I click the 'edit tiers' button on https://www.patreon.com/edit/tiers. The separate Discord window returning success:false happens after clicking the Connect to Discord Button.
