Warn user before navigating away

Helps prevent a user losing their progress in battle by warning them when they go to navigate away from the page.

Server battle tracker directly from Github Pages

This release packages the application such that it can be served directly from the Github Pages site. The previous version of the pages site is available on the info page and from there its still possible to download the app for use offline.

Add health feature

• Allow health to be added to a creature after it has been created, in case you forgot to do so on create.
• Style improvements

Fix time elapsed for notes and conditions

Fixes a bug where the rounds/seconds elapsed were not updating for notes and conditions applied to a creature when that creature was the only one in the battle as the rounds advanced.

Minor improvements

• Update page title.
• Add D&D homepage favicon.
• Add footer with current version and link to battle tracker home page.
