Automatically add SSH client/demon #5

Would it be possible to extend the command to also install the SSH client and/or daemon if these are not found?

It would be cool to just Enable-SSHRemoting and know that it just works to enable fully SSH on this host.

Check pull request, I have added few commands what will install OpenSSH Server & Client on Windows platform
