Since v1.4.0, hardhat-packager follows the TypeChain v8.0.0 way of generating the contract types, which is to reflect the inputs directory tree in the types directory tree.
But this might not be what some users want. Should I add a setting that enables users to keep using the old behavior, which meant bundling all types at the same (root) level?
