Add introduction to the frontpage

The frontpage seems like a bunch of articles one after the other, I would add a short intro.

Something like a "mission" clarifying that we only care about frontier models and that we want to inform to the public and the politicians about the risks and why we think a pause on them would be the best step going foward to mitigate them.

This will probably be one of the first impression that we'll give to people, we have to analyze it in detail!
