When I use English as Windows display language, the name of the app is still APK 安装程序 instead of Apk Installer.

I have no idea. Is that still Chinese in Start Menu? Or it maybe a WAS problem...

快捷方式什么的是英文的，但是打开后任务栏是中文的，关于页面中文的，任务管理器看也是英文的。。

关于页面是我写的只有中文，窗口标题应该是WAS的问题，有大病
