Add PaypalWebCheckoutBundle in PaymentSuite distribution #11

The bundle is used in production
The bundle is covered by tests and documented

Can you tag a version and add it on PaymentSuite ?

I don't need the "contributor" rights for now, thank you @mmoreram to let me work on this.
(Also thanks a lot to all contributors, you did great !)

ping @mmoreram, in paymentsuite we have a weird bundle in composer.json which is not registered in packagist:

paymentsuite/paypal-bundle, shouldn't be paymentsuite/paypal-web-checkout-bundle ?
