Description

The web/sugarcane I believe is part of biocro. I don't think anybody is using it or maintaining it. I would like to remove this code. @dlebauer any objections?

The web/db code is an attempt at a simple bety interface. With docker installations this is no longer needed and not maintained. I would like to remove this as well.
