[UX Enhancement] Specify the cause in error messages

Currently the error message is too generic ("Something went wrong"). This does not give enough information to the user to solve it, needing to go to support for help. I recommend specifying the cause of the error in the message, for example if a user tries to send all the funds to another address without leaving 61 CKB in the wallet or if a user tries to deposit their entire balance in Nervos DAO without leaving 102 CKB out of the DAO , among other situations where an error message may appear to the user.
