No able to use the filter "filename"

Hello,

I'm using your tool to implement hooks on my home SVN repository, but I'm facing some difficulties due to the lack of examples for the Filename Filter.
According to my understanding of the documentation, the rule in attach is the one I'm using.

The rule is loaded, but the filter values aren't loaded into the structure, so when we process the rule, it always returns false, and the rule is skipped.

Any help would be precious
