Some double-quoted strings with octal escapes trigger spurious ValuesAndExpressions::ProhibitInterpolationOfLiterals:

print "\1";   # triggers ProhibitInterpolationOfLiterals

print "\0";   # ok

print "\01";  # also ok

(Tested with perlcritic 1.152.)
