When using the ${^GLOBAL_PHASE} variable (which I don’t think qualifies for a magic punctuation variable as it does not have an English equivalent) the ProhibitPunctuationVars policy will trigger.

I suppose that it’s a false positive due to the uncommon syntax for this variable name.
