  • describe the extract step

Noticed reading through this that we describe download and build but not extract. Probably worth spending some time talking about that. We should also discourage use of commands to download since they start to break when we requite digest_or_encrypt.

  • PkgConfig plugins handles both probe and gather stages.

This is mentioned in the PkgConfig plugin pages, but apparently not the AlienAuthor documentation. We should be explicit on this.

  • add missing clause
