Hi here !
I was needing the Annales and saw that Tacite was not completely converted.

As I don't know if the conversion will be up to your standards, I did that in my additional-texts repository: https://github.com/lascivaroma/additional-texts/tree/tacitus

You can see 6 commits where I split each action so that you can track what we generally want to be able to track.

Tell me if you want a PR, I will gladly do that in one shot on this repository.
