Describe the bug
Lennox sends “waiting…” for diagnostic sensors that do not have a value. The integration was returning a None value which displays in Home Assistant as Not Available. Which is ok, but it really should make the sensor unavailable.

To Reproduce
Enable diagnostics, and find a sensor that does not have a value

Expected behavior
Sensor should be unavailable.
