I found this Rise 5.90 crack on Youtube, I checked it and it doesn't have any type of R.A.T
It's also not obfuscated, so you can check for yourself if you want to :D
On the original YT video(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qd8Ds4PCtrI), the crack had a bunch of missing libs that couldn't be downloaded automatcally, but I manually downloaded them so you can use the crack.
The crack is kinda buggy, but it still works very well.

1: Download the crack at https://github.com/PeterPePem/RiseCrack/releases and extract the "daThing.rar"
2: Drag the "RiseCrack" folder to C:\Users(YourUser)\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\versions
3: Drop the libraries folder to C:\Users(YourUser)\AppData\Roaming.minecraft
4: Have fun!
