Hi,Thanks for your work. If I want to generate knockoff data of mine data, how should I do?

Sorry for very late reply. My email address changed and I did not receive your question.

You can install R package "knockoffscreen" via install.packages("knockoffscreen"). I assume that you are going to generate knockoffs for SNPs data. If you work with RNAseq data, the knockoffs can not be applied to it.
