I didn't see this tool listed, and I think it's a pretty important one that belongs on this sort of list.

Hey @sjsyrek. Thanks for the PR and sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I did a manual merge of the JSDoc addition to master. I'm all for the Rust details being accurate but your addition is a bit too long. I'm going to leave it out for now but send me another PR if you can find a way to get it down to ~2 lines. |

Rust is now well past its 1.0 release, so I updated that and added further details about the rustdoc tool (also in the code generation section). I also added JSDoc, which seems like the sort of tool that should be on this kind of list.
