Open an entry with several string fields.
Tap 'Edit'.
Tap 'Save' and rotate device.
Tap 'Save' again.
Note that all the string fields have been overwriten with the value of one of them.

I can confirm this behaviour on K2A 1.06f, Lineage OS 14.1, Fairphone 2.

In addition, probably related: In a previously unsaved entry with multiple string fields, rotating the device clears all string fields!

This is not uncritical.
