Implement a timers application that allows multiple timers to be started.

The timers should remain timing even if the pages are closed until they are explicitly stopped by the user.

Plan is that this would allow multiple timers to be started (e.g for cooking), then switch to Baby cam and switch back.

Timers themselves will probably have to be Javascript ones, so the back end would simply be recording a timestamp that the timer was started at.
