Even asset usage(Leadership)

In previous versions I was able to keep 9 Heros and 9 mercenaries and leadership would use one of each and evenly spread out my resources. If memory serves it was once an option somewhere but either it's gone or I can't find it!

Thoughts?

I think the option is next to the slot itself now in the character options.

Ah yes, I can choose for speed over quality. Was different before but this should do the trick! Thanks!

Tried setting it to speed over quality, tried "Workers H-L" but it still continues to use all 9 heros first and won't use the remaining slots due to no rank 3 people... Hmmm....
