good_comments collection is only formed when updating the database

CommentDB.insert_comments should update good_comments incrementally. As it is now, the bot won't ever be able to post unless the database is updated at some point, because good_comments will be empty. It might be best to fix #3 before this one, as database.py will probably change significantly.
