Application is manager for Google Drive on Windows 10 platform. With this app, you can:

User login info in "Mateusz's Client for Google Drive" is ONLY used for managing user data on Google Drive - to deliver advertised funtionality, on user command. Users account data, files, photos, etc are exchanged only with with Google Drive service. Every permission scope that "Mateusz's Client for Google Drive" request from user is used for mimic as close as possible Android's Google Drive app. "Mateusz's Client for Google Drive" is not processing any user data outside of your device and Google services, don't store any user data outside of it, so there is nothing that you could update, export or request deletion - because it does not exist. Mateusz Piasecki - developer of the app does not have access to users Google Drive data in any way.
