New Client job tracking system

The old system has a few flaws - e.g. if a Client crashes it won't report back to Master - the frame will not be rendered until you restart the Master.

The new system will allow the user to cancel rendering on a specific machine and allow for automatic fail detection (and assign the last frame to a second machine to speed up rendering)
