Obtaining the message in the picture when trying to install the addon

hey not sure if they got back to you but I had the same error, restarted blender and then got the same error when attempting to enable. Only earlier versions install but eventually break as well.
OS: Windows 10
Blender Version: 3.1.1
SPM Version: 1.3.1
