New release request

Now that some improvements for macOS have been merged in, could we tag a suitable version 0.14 and make some release artifacts? This would make it easier to release the next Mac starter pack.

If this isn't possible in the near future, I could just use a specific revision and build it myself, but it would be preferred to stick to your releases.

I can probably build and sign it and upload the binary here, if that's preferable, but since I think PyInstaller copies the system frameworks into the bundle, it will only work on 10.13 and newer.

I'm aiming to get a release out soon, within a week.

There's one or two things I want to check up on first, so can't give an exact date, but it's coming.

New version is out now, although it is not 0.14 but 0.13a :)

Thanks! I've confirmed that it works on 10.13.5 and retina graphics are now working.
