D-Phg-ol has incorrect chemical name

In the HELM Core library, "D-Phg-ol" has the name "2-amino-2-methylpropan-1-ol" instead of "2-amino-2-phenylethanol".

This is problematic because this is a duplicate of the name provided for "Aib-ol" (which is correct), and this makes it so that the "name" field is not unique and data manipulation errors occur because of it (for example, you cannot do a data pivot with "name" as an index)
