Menu bar redistributes the menu items differently on different pages

If I select the Public Libraries page, the menu bar options are distributed within the window constraints.

If I select the monomers page, the menu items are redistributed to the end of the table which means I can't see them in my normal browser. Can we make them size to the window and not the table?

Maybe a minor point, but irritating. Happy to talk through it.
