I assume the following items don't have EMC values simply because the values haven't been added yet.
(I have only listed items that can be obtained in survival, following the pattern from Project E)

Also, I feel like Items which would technically calculate to being an EMC value of less than 1 but greater than 0 based on their recipe,
should just have an EMC value of 1 for convenience.
(this also seems to be the pattern from Project E)
