please allow custom number of pictures per page

To change the number the photos per page, admin need to use a slider.

The problem with that slider is that once you get over 50 you only can chose 60, 70, 80.
What if I want to set 75? How if I want to set 120 or 150?

Please allow admin to set a custom number of photos per page like a input text box, like you allow for albums per page.

Defining it at the user level is fine but you should be able to easily default it or have a global override under that scenario.
