Describe the Bug

Hey Google detection not working and unable to train voice model.

Manual activation of Google assistant is not possible when tapping microphone icon in Google search bar or within apps like Home, regardless of whether standard assistant or Gemini are in use.

When tapped, green icon in top right shows microphone is being used, but within app indicators of voice activity do not move.

Other apps like Recorder or Phone etc are using mic input without issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Ensure Hey Google is enabled and attempt to use.

Or, manual tap of microphone icon within assistant or Google search bars.

Expected Behavior

Activation of microphone and recording/recognition of voice input.
