Palette doesn't redraw correctly after clearing color #139

After clearing a palette color in the Color Tool a few things happen that need to be fixed:

Clearing will make the color magenta and not show the mask pattern
Once a color is cleared, dragging a new color on top will not draw it (even though it's correctly updated)

I have a feeling these two issues are related to how the color preview is drawn when it comes to a transparent color in the palette picker.
