Forgot password functionality to be completed and Incorrect Toast message content in the Forgot Password page, while Reset email entered by the user

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://test-app.nullcast.dev/curriculum
2. Click on Login Button, where user gets redirected to Login page
3. Scroll down to the "Forgot Password" Hyperlink, which when clicked by the user, gets redirected to the "Forgot Password" page
4. When the user enters the Email for resetting the password, an incorrect Toast message content appeared in the Forgot Password page
5. Also the Email for resetting the Password not received by the User

Expected behavior
Users should be able to Reset the Passwords and the Toast message while resetting should be changed to "This email not registered with us", if the User has not signed up. And in case, if it's a registered user, should display the toast message "An email has been sent to the provided mail ID".
