It removes the transparency feature of wingpanel. Any way to fix that?

I know that there is an issue with transparency and I think that is because of the charts.
I am still thinking how to solve this issue.

Hi!
I fix your trasparency problem in elementary with apps.css edit.

Just open with gedit /usr/share/themes/elementary/gtk-3.0/apps.css file

Then I found .panel.translucent and .panel.color-light.translucent classes and set background-color to trasparent instead of alfa.

That's all.

I tried it. works but it also disable the feature of dynamically change the font color of the panel according to the light/dark wallpaper

trasparent

This used to work for me last time. But this time around I guess it is not reading the properties from apps.css. I have changed and ran killall wingpanel but its not changing accordingly :/

Anyone knows where does this wingpanel version read its config from?
