Export PDF timeout

GeoNature 2.13.3 sur serveur debian (11)

J'ai encore un problème 😅 (et je n'ai pas trouvé de rapport de bug équivalent donc je suppose que c'est propre à notre installation).

La totalité des exports pdf est impossible sur notre instance GeoNature (dans métadonnées, suivis, ...) => les chemins pour accéder aux fichiers de configuration des exports ne sont pas accessibles. Pourtant les fichiers sont bien placés dans les bons dossiers...

J'ai testé sur Firefox et sur edge au cas où ce serait un problème de navigateur => même comportement.

Comment reproduire : en cliquant sur n'importe quel bouton "export pdf" (=> propre à notre installation ?). D'une manière générale, j'ai l'impression qu'on a beaucoup de problème de "timeout" sur notre instance...

Il semble que des fichiers soient inaccessibles, ici : https://geonature.cenwms.xyz/geonature/api/static/css/metadata_pdf.css). Il faudrait vérifier quand dans le dossier static/css le fichier metadata_pdf.css.

Les fichiers générés à l'installation sont bien dans le dossier (d'ailleurs le lien de votre message pointe bien vers le fichier css).

Le fichier css n'a pas été modifié et est tel que ci-dessous (pas de fichier customisé dans le dossier custom/css qui pourrait faire boguer par mauvais surcouchage)... Est-ce que ce pourrait être un bug au niveau des droits d'accès au dossier ? Mais ça ne le ferait que pour les pdf...

J'ai fait une vérification entre le fichier présent dans notre dossier static et celui de la releases 2.13.3. Aucune différence entre les deux...

Il semblerait qu'il y ait un problème avec les polyfills. Erreur décrite dans edge comme cela :

L'url n'a pas été modifiée pour le ticket et l'adresse est bien accessible quand on la met dans la navigateur mais inaccessible pour l'export pdf.

La connexion a échoué

Une erreur est survenue pendant une connexion à geonature.cenwms.xyz. 

Est-ce que qq'un d'autre peut tester ? Je suis sur une connexion internet classique. Pas de firewall ni dans un réseau protégé.
Est-ce qu'apache ou le serveur filtrerait les connexions entrantes ?
Est-ce que tu peux tester cette url depuis un tel portable par exemple ?

Je n'accède pas non plus à https://geonature.cenwms.xyz/geonature

En effet, en-dehors de notre réseau on ne peut pas accéder à l'url... j'avais oublié ce détail. Cependant, le timeout sur l'export pdf est également présent sur une instance test que nous avons mis en place pour un atelier étudiant et dont les ports ont été ouverts vers l'extérieur (l'api est hors ligne aujourd'hui). Je ne vous embête pas plus avec ce problème, je pense que ça vient d'un paramètre de notre serveur. Si je trouve la config qui ne fonctionne pas, je vous la mettrai ici.
