Any chance for modem support? #57

Not impossible but due to lack of reverse engineering work done on the modem software and hardware it's not something I could add in couple of free days. Adding support could be as easy as only enabling a mapping of modem ROM space. However, this requires rewriting whole modem software (3 ELF files) so it could talk directly to the USB interface. This is honestly 99% of the work required because I don't want to implement modem registers if this could be done in a smarter way. |

Thought I’d add that a lot of awesome work has been done bringing the Randnet services back online, making modem support a bit more purposeful than it used to be - it’s an exciting time to be into this stuff haha |

We could add a cartridge slot on top of the SC64, allowing the Modem and Capture Cassettes to be plugged in (retaining their functionality). The cart slot could also be used to dump N64 carts. |

There were a few cartridges that acted as accessories, mostly for the 64DD - with the communication cart and modem being the two most prominent. Is there any way that the Summercart would be able to replicate these functionalities, possibly via the USB port?
I know it’s a long shot but figured I would ask!
