Unable to install on Windows 10, please guide me, with the exact procedure of use.
As there are more users having installation difficulties, is it possible to give us a windows Python package file (extension .whl )?
Regards.

Hi, zbarlight is not distributed as wheel package only as source dist (.tar.gz). You can find Windows installation instructions at https://gist.github.com/Zephor5/aea563808d80f488310869b69661f330 and this issue may also help you.

Unfortunaly, we do not use Windows, so giving you more useful instructions is beyond our expertise.

However, if you found better Windows installation instructions, let us know: it would be great to add those instructions to the documentation ;)

@agoora I was able to build a wheel for this. I documented the steps here https://medium.com/@ruvi.d/getting-zbarlight-to-work-on-windows-a3dc643dba18
