Polymer breaks KnockoutJS outside of Chrome #640

When attempting to use KnockoutJS and Polymer together, Polymer attempts to process the knockout data-bind attribute, resulting in this error:

Error: Unable to process binding "foreach: function (){return data }"
Message: Assertion failed

This only occurs outside of Chrome.
