paper-input documentation inconsistently suggests theming via JS properties #887

The documentation for paper-input says "Set CoreStyle.g.paperInput.focusedColor and CoreStyle.g.paperInput.invalidColor to theme the focused and invalid states."

Nowhere else in the paper elements documentation is there a reference to using JS to style the elements, and I find this sudden mention of JS properties confusing -- there is no nearby context explaining this in more detail.

I think the documentation structure for all the elements should be consistent -- either include JS documentation for all elements, or for none of them.
