This pull request, currently still WIP aims to add Realplume support for Restock. It will use custom prefabs for most engines using native restock particle FX, newly uploaded CryoEngines FX, Near Future FX or PlumeParty FX (used with permission from Jade of Maar). The total size of new FX added is around 6MB
The configs will be written in a way to run after and overwrite any other configs. As such this will work together with RealPlume Stock Configs. In fact it is recommended to install Realplume Stock Configs.
ie RealPlume stock configs will configure all engines, and then ReStock will overwrite only those engines that have been remodelled by ReStock. This way engines that have not been touched by restock will still get standard realplumes.
It may take a little while to finish this but I decided to open this PR in case anyone wants to test in the meantime.
