ffmpeg.wasm을 사용하면 가능하지 않을까 싶긴 한데...

단, smartlead 동영상은 hls 스트리밍 방식이므로, 어떤 형식으로든 웹으로 구현된 ffmpeg가 hls 인코딩을 포함하도록 빌드되어야함. 대부분의 ffmpeg 웹 빌드는 hls 인코딩을 빼둔 경우가 많아서 좀 찾아봐야 할 것 같음..
