This was requested in https://gitter.im/begriffs/postgrest?at=5c795fbc212d0c1e1ab76821. It'll be only adding text/plain as another way to get raw output since pg string_agg also works for text.

This also reminds me of the request for text/html by @ryanfmurphy in #986 (comment).

Seems like an interesting use case that is really simple to support, so we could add it as an option to get raw output as well.

All of these media types would be like an alias for application/octet-stream, which we already support http://postgrest.org/en/v5.2/api.html#binary-output.
