Short description

On FreeBSD, I guess the SO_REUSEPORT works but does not balance load evenly. FreeBSD 12(?) added the SO_REUSEPORT_LB option, which specifically does.

I don't know if it's really worth adding. I know it was mentioned on IRC once in 2018, but I don't know if you've seriously considered it.

BIND (pull request), Knot DNS (commit), NSD and Nginx (commit) support it.
